This painting has a mirror embedded within it to create an illusion that there are mangos hanging in front of a hallway.  It was on display in the Mango Show at Honolulu Hale, so I used a simular tile pattern on the floor and the same paint on the walls that they use on the display panels.  Mango is like our Hawaiian "apple" and I used it as a local metaphor from the Book of Genesis.
